Lisa Tallman, RN
Founder, Executive Director
Lisa is a registered nurse trained in limited obstetric ultrasound with clinical experience in various departments including postpartum, maternal and childcare, as well as having extensive background in business management as an Administrative Supervisor in various medical settings, PMC Client Services Director, and business owner. She also has experience in child, parent, and marriage education.

Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, BSN, RN
BOD President, NFP Specialist, Client Advocate
Jayne is a Registered Nurse with her BSN from Wilmington University. Previous experience in labor/delivery, trauma, orthopedic, and med/surg. Her previous experience includes PMC nurse manager, educator at Children & Families First, domestic violence family court advocate, and P.A.W.S. volunteer at the V.A. Hospital. In addition to her work at Heritage, she is an on-call emergency APR nurse, a Fertility Care Practitioner, and she currently volunteers at Mercy Care Women’s Health.. Jayne and her husband also teach pre-Cana classes.
Lauren Dawson, DNP, NP-C, MSN, APRN
Medical Director, BOD Member
Lauren is a certified advanced practice registered nurse who is trained in performing limited obstetric ultrasounds. She has a passion for women’s health and academic progression of nurses. She has a variety of clinical experiences in postpartum, labor & delivery, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency and nursing education. She is also an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Cecil College.
Cheryl Cummings, BA

Cheryl has a bachelor's degree in accounting. Previous work experience includes bookkeeping within the public education system and accounting with a locum tenens staffing company. She has recently made the decision to step away from her career to be a stay at home mom to her two children.
BOD Secretary, Client Advocate
Deb has volunteered at Heritage since 2018. She enjoys spending time with clients and mentoring them. Deb also loves to help those who have experienced an abortion; and who are seeking help and healing. Along with others on the Board, Deb holds the position of Secretary. Her experience at Heritage grew from her former work at a Pregnancy Resource Center where she experienced the realities of working a block from Planned Parenthood.

Lauren is a registered nurse with six years previous experience in various departments including clinical practice in maternity. She recently completed limited obstetric ultrasound imaging training. She is passionate about the holistic education of women, children, and families and will pursue continued education in midwifery.
Rebekah "Beka" Dixon, BA
Heritage Kids Progressive Educational
Playgroups Program Coordinator
Beka has her BA in Elementary Education with previous experience in elementary and middle school settings. She is currently homeschooling her children and very excited to be a part of the Heritage Kids Program. She and Ms. Pat will be working together creating a wonderful experience for both children and parents.
In addition to her work at Heritage, Bonnie serves as the Secretary at her church where her duties include bookkeeping, publishing communication material, Pastoral assistance, and many other church duties.
Debra is a Cecil County native and currently resides in Newark, DE with her husband, Tyler. She is a member of Ogletown Baptist Church where she is active in their young adult, youth group and women’s ministry. She is passionate about seeing lives changed through faith in Jesus and is excited to use her marketing skills at Heritage Pregnancy and Family Health Center.
