Lisa Tallman, RN

Founder, Executive Director

Lisa is a registered nurse trained in limited obstetric ultrasound with clinical experience in various departments including postpartum, maternal and childcare, as well as having extensive background in business management as an Administrative Supervisor in various medical settings, PMC Client Services Director, and business owner. She also has experience in child, parent, and marriage education.

Mary 'Fawn' Barber, BS

Lauren Dawson, DNP, NP-C, MSN, APRN

Medical Director, BOD Member

Lauren is a certified advanced practice registered nurse who is trained in performing limited obstetric ultrasounds. She has a passion for women’s health and academic progression of nurses. She has a variety of clinical experiences in postpartum, labor & delivery, medical-surgical, critical care, emergency and nursing education. She is also an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Cecil College.

Lauren Perry, RN

BOD Member, Client Advocate, US Tech.

Lauren is a registered nurse with six years previous experience in various departments including clinical practice in maternity. She recently completed limited obstetric ultrasound imaging training. She is passionate about the holistic education of women, children, and families and will pursue continued education in midwifery.

Atira Nuzzo
Client Services Director

Atira is a Life Affirming Specialist (LAF) certified through Heartbeat International. She began serving in the Pro-Life movement in 1997 in pregnancy centers in MD and DE. Atira has served as a peer counselor in abortion recovery as well as speaking in public and private schools. Atira's passion is found in bringing the love and hope of Jesus to the hearts wounded by abortion. She is a wife, mother of four beautiful children, and grandmother of 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Mike faithfully serves as the Associate Pastor and the Youth Pastor of the Nottingham Missionary Baptist Church. He also serves the community in so many ways including coaching basketball, encouraging local police, working with the homeless, and mentors the men in their roles as fathers and husbands here at Heritage.

Jean joined Heritage in 2025 after she and her husband, Alan, moved to PA. Her willingness to serve in any area needed is a wonderful blessing. She has a background in accounting and finance and has been involved in the pro-life movement for 56 years. She enjoys assisting in admin work, greeting clients, organizing the baby boutique, and any other needed tasks.

Bonnie Kirkley

Bonnie is an intricate member of our Board of Directors. Now retired as the Secretary at her church where her duties included bookkeeping, publishing communication material, Pastoral assistance, and many other church duties.

Debra is a Cecil County native and currently resides in Newark, DE with her husband, Tyler. She is a member of Ogletown Baptist Church where she is active in their young adult, youth group and women’s ministry. She is passionate about seeing lives changed through faith in Jesus and is excited to use her marketing skills at Heritage Pregnancy and Family Health Center.
